This is an enticing start to a paranormal romance novel although the world is not too well set up; it's not clear if this story is taking place in the modern day or the future, shifters are known to humans but not fully a part of their society, etc. In this first part, neither protagonists family or background seem all that important to the story although that may change in the next part. However, it is annoying that this story is broken into parts and while part 1 ends in a way in which you will probably want to keep reading, it's not a nail biting cliffhanger.

This book was very good but it was still too short because it was only the first part of the story. That is a real minus for me because I really enjoy finishing all the good stories and for me to do this I have to buy more and more. You should just get the whole bundle and nothing else so you can finish the story without delays.
I really enjoyed this and bought the rest of the books and read them too and I wasn't disappointed or anything but it would have been better if the whole story was between the same covers

A clumsy twenty something year old, Sarah is involved in a car crash. To her amazement, she stumbles upon a werewolf who takes her under his care and protection. A predictable romance with little in the way of suspense or hook other than in two instances. It's a fairly enjoyable short story though extremely typical of the genre. Fun for a quick read but not one that I can imagine wanting to revisit again anytime soon.
