Dali hep merak ettiğim bir sanatçıydı bu kitap da dikkatimi çekiyordu. Eğlenceli ve renkli bir baskı olmuş okurken keyif aldım. Sanatçılığına bir şey diyemem ama Dali'nin karakteri çok sevimsiz geldi.

I loved the illustrations!
The way the Dalí's life was illustrated was something he would've approved of.
I enjoyed learning more about an artist that I consider to be one of my favorites, and upon reading this biography I am left with two contradicting feelings:
1) That I wanna know more about Dalí and read on more in deptg about his life- watch all the films he made and visit his museum.
2) That I like Salvador less as a person now that I knew more about his personality, political opinions, and megalomania.

tiešām iedvesmojoša grāmata.

Чудова книга для знайомства із неординарною особистістю Далі. Так як я небагато про нього знала, було дуже цікаво. Це ніби похід у музей, але з цікавими фактами та ілюстраціями, які можна розглядати вічно :)

This is an illustrated biography of Salvador Dali, which depicts the highlights of his personality and art. It delves into the narcissism and megalomania that plagued Dali throughout his entire life. It’s by no means an exhaustive history/biography, but it is entertaining and the illustrations are well done.

This was such a great format for a biography! The illustrations gave the story its own unique feel and while all the information is just a summary, all the topics covered and the way it was written was easy, unbiased and enjoyable to read (despite who Dali was as a person).
