This is a pretty fun and cute superhero story with a sweet ending moms will love. Pairs nicely with Traction Man or KaPow. I especially love the illustrations, they are Awesome!

Overly cocky superhero types will always be funny to me, and it's especially funny to kids, and it's especially especially funny if it's from a kid's perspective. This was a quick goofball delight.

A must read for young fans of superheros! Kids, especially boys, will grab this with a "ginormous Awesome Power Grip."

This is a good suggestion for those students that enjoy comics, superheros, graphic novels etc. It would also make a good addition to a language arts lesson on metaphor and descriptive language.

Books for little boys can be tricky, but this one is really cute. It's all about...wait for it...Awesome Man, his dog Moskowitz, and their adventures kicking bad guy behind. It's even got a bit of a message: keep that temper under control and it's OK to love your mom.
