I completely agree with all the concepts introduced. My very first conference talk was a poorly delivery of a few of them. It’s a bit boring/marketing-focused at the start with some cringe examples (Amazon, Tesla). I enjoyed the later/DevOps focus more towards the end. As with all IT books, I wish the examples were IT projects instead of running a hotel or whatever.
