Fascinating blend of history and fantasy in the first of the six book series. This is my second series from Forsyth after reading The Impossible Quest.
This book was a really good read, entertaining as well as you felt like you were reading history come alive. It had a similar feel of a long chase sequence to the other book, I wonder if that will be through the whole series.
Anyway a great start to the series.
