God this book was unbearable in the best way. Hated it the whole way through.
Have never felt so attached to a male main character just for him to die so spectacularly; truly heartbreaking

This was not a book for me. I spent most of the book being annoyed with the main character Undine and her shenanigans. I usually don´t mind unlikeable characters, but Undine felt very shallow and flat which made the book quite boring. I felt bad for the characters she used and angry that no one challenged her.

I realized that I’ve read enough of these stories to know what to expect from the genre. This one didn’t intrigue me. Felt formulaic.
