This is the latest book in the Bree Wold series. We caught a glimpse of these characters in two previous books. It was nice to find out more about them and see their love blossom. I especially liked the bit of magic in the book in the form of “gifts” each character has. A very enjoyable read! I highly recommend!

Moira is banished from her clan after her dream led to her betraying her clan. She is sent to live with her mother's family, clan Macdrummond. Cormag is the Laird of clan Macdrummond and must ensure that his clan is safe. What happens when he is feels attached to the one women some see as the end of clan safety?
I like seeing regency Scotland (though it did feel like medival scotland at times) and how this story connects into the series. I can't wait to read more books about these characters!
