Definitely not a fair review because I listened to part of the book while I was walking my brothers dog and read another part while half asleep so as a result I don’t really know what happens at the beginning and like 75% of the book but from what I read while I was on all my senses and from what I remember the humor and set pieces (planets) were still good, the restaurant at the end of the world was just what I hoped it would be (although still disappointed because it’s not the focus of the book) and the concept of the storyline by itself of trying to find the ruler of the universe was interesting, although I don’t like how the ended it and also definitely noticed that this could’ve definitely just been part of the first book.

Good book, but they did Martin dirty. Martin is the best character. And ironically, the least annoying. Although there was some character development, I don't think this series is going to be character driven which is usually how I like my books. But Martin and the humor is enough for me. Five stars.
