“Magic, if you ask me, is mostly about believing in yourself so much that you make other people believe in you too.” Such a good quote!

Fun and quirky and made for readers who love words and Anne of Green Gables and a great cast of characters. Some throwback style storytelling here about weird and wild and wonderful people.

Wow! I can't even begin to describe how much I loved this book. Although it's aimed at a younger audience, people of all ages will enjoy reading it. It's simply perfect in every way. Reading it felt like a balm for my soul, and it brought a smile to my face. The character of Ferris is absolutely delightful! She's smart and funny, and she had me laughing out loud. Her family is wonderfully chaotic, yet still lovable. Her (outlaw) sister, Pinky, is hilarious. The comical anecdotes and gorgeous descriptions bring the town characters to life. I laughed. I cried. I loved it.
