The series continues to be okay. I would probably read most anything else I was excited about. I am not excited from read this serious. But it does pass the time.

I really like this series. It's fun, and interesting, and has enough unique elements that it doesn't feel like "just another space war scifi book".

This one moves on from where the last one left off, although some time has passed. Still we stay with the same characters, and the story....progresses. It's not full of surprises, although there are some surprising moments. It's interesting to see how Grayson
Spoilerhandles the responsibility of command, especially as he's kind of gone out of the way to avoid it
. It's nice that he shows growth, and certainly keeps me interest.

Now. Where's the next one??

Tough to leave familiar characters after 4 books. The same comfortable faces and the action is good, different and interesting. I am glad I am taking a break before the next book, if there is a next one.
