This is a 3.5 or 3.75 for me.

I was in the mood for a spooky, horror-type book and came upon this in the Audible Plus catalog, so decided to give it a go. Definitely a cute little ghost story, so no complaints there. I just feel like it fell flat somewhere. I can't really put my finger on it, but I just didn't love it.

I wanted to like this book, but it took waaaay too long to get to the meat of the story and it was all pretty predictable in a boring way. Maybe it would’ve been better not as an audiobook so I could skim. I really had to speed it up to get through it.
