A solid horror story with fun twists and great, gruesome art. It makes me very excited to see what the other Hill House Comics stories are going to be. I'm all about good horror comics.

I loved this comic. Horror comics feel rare and horror comics with legit scares and comedy are rarer. Joe Hill nails it in this trippy off the wall comic.

This was my first reading of any work by Joe Hill, per a recommendation by my uncle. I haven't read a graphic novel in years, so it was fun to jump back in to that medium.
June was a fun character and I loved the random but awesome Norse axe which leaves its beheaded victims alive. The plot itself was fairy basic and came to be a tad predictable, and I did find some of the dialogue to be q little too exposition-heavy, but it was a fun read nonetheless. Also I think in the comic format it's difficult to give backatory since dialogue is the main way to transmit information to the reader, so I understand that.
A fun story, gruesome art, and makes me want to read more work by Hill :)

I’m kind of sad it took me so long to get around to Basketful of Heads. The story and the art are both A+.
If you’re on the fence about picking Heads up (pun intended), don’t be. I think you’ll dig it!
