honestly not what i expected... i was looking for something more meaty and analytical/historical, but this is def more memoir/personal essay, which is fine, but doesn't live up to the promise of the book imo!

Really good! Similar in a lot of ways to The Invisible Kingdom, and just generally in conversation with texts I’ve read and others I want to. Informative and well written.
