What's not to love about a book set in Paris and, if you have the audiobook, narrated by Richard Armitage? Great descriptions of Paris that made me feel like I was there; hot, believable chemistry between Joy and Griffin, and a really wonderful ending. I love that Griffin learns so much about himself as he comes to love Joy, and I love how passionate Joy is about her job. Overall a fun read/listen.

I discovered Lauren Blakely late in the game. I came in with Big Rock and Mr. O. I was immediately hooked. The thing I love most about her books are how she picks the correct narrators to help bring the story to life. I usually buy the ebook and the audiobook.
I had the pleasure of listening to Wanderlust. I mean, this is absolutely THE best story I’ve heard in a while. The characters are complex, the emotions are there, and it’s nothing like Lauren’s other books! And I like the other books! But this is so much better than the others! I’m a little more than half way and I just absolutely don’t want it to end!
The only complaints I have are that the ebook doesn’t come out for a few more weeks and the cover for the audio and the ebook are different. This is not really a problem, it’s just that the audiobook cover gives way more color and life to the story than the ebook cover does not. When you hear it you’ll understand!
Great job!

4.25 - Lovely story, great message and great audiobook. Loved the nod to Karou's gifts of language in The Daughter of Smoke and Bone.

Griffin and Joy have great chemistry. Griffin is a total flirt but Joy is not the only one who loves it! It was beautiful seeing how they both loved each other so much they were willing to let each other go so they could be happy, only to realize what the other for the whole time and find their way back to each other.
