Really wanted to like this one, because I've seen the authors speak a couple of times and they are great! Unfortunately, I had a hard time getting into the book. Graphic novels aren't really my thing, but that's also not where I struggled. I think the dialect written in this book really prevented me from reading smoothly and getting into the story. It was too much work to read and keep up with the story, as much as I wanted to get into it (because I'm interested in the Carter family!) Oh well.
