I’m a huge fan of Scandi noir and this is a decent, if not overly long, addition to the genre. This is the first in a series and finds a troubled detective running from her problems in the city and inadvertently finds herself in the middle of a case to find a missing girl. Solid mid level thriller.

Für einen Thriller hat mir hier echt die Spannung gefehlt. Ein Mädchen verschwindet, ihre Leiche wird gefunden, dann passiert eine lange Zeit gefühlt gar nichts um Ende wird dann aus dem Nichts ein willkürlicher Täter enthüllt. Zwischendrin gibts ganz viel privates Drama der Ermittler*innen und Angehörigen der ermordeten Person, das aber nichts Wesentliches zum eigentlichen Plot beiträgt, sondern eher dazu geführt hat, dass die Charaktere allesamt unsympathisch gewirkt haben.
Auch der Schreibstil hat mich jetzt nicht vom Hocker gehauen.

Da gibt es deutlich bessere nordische Thriller von anderen Autor*innen.
