I am loving the Track series from Jason Reynolds. Both Ghost and this latest addition to the series, Patina, are wonderful. I instantly loved and cared for Patina and her family. It's interesting that in the first book Ghost was running from his demons whilst in this book Patina was running for her family. I eagerly await the next book in this series. I want to get to know every member of this track team.

This was great book. My first audio book and I really got into it. Great story of a girl on a track team and her family. This series eventhough I started it at book 2 shows the new kids on the track team and thier stories that brought them to the track. It seems that his series is an ongoing story. I think I am going to like these books.

This book was so good, it made me almost want to join a track team. The way this series is building these characters is amazing. Patty's story is rich and full of heart. I loved how her relationships grew and changed.

Reading the books in Jason Reynolds’ track series feels like getting know a great kid— Reynolds captures kids’ voices and internal lives so perfectly. I loved Ghost, and now I love Patty. Also, these books take me back to all the ways I found confidence, purpose, and belonging as a kid through sports.

I highly recommend this series.
