I can’t stop thinking about this book, and have already recommended it to many friends. It’s really dark, and pretty suspenseful/spooky, but with  tender moments. It’s so good. Incredibly engaging. The twists and turns never stopped!

I’m torn on this one - it’s incredibly atmospheric, immersive, gripping, a unnerving gothic fairytale turned horror and the plot twists were well executed. But there’s so many trigger warnings, I can’t call this a light read or easily recommend it without warning.

I loved the first book and couldn't wait to get my hands on the sequel. It absolutely did not disappoint!
