I don't know what this is supposed to be, but I guess it's drawing sexy Bettie Page in sexy outfits doing sexy things. The plot doesn't make sense, of course.
She runs from a photo shoot, tailed by Feds, meets a shady guy and moves into his scientific compound to play assistant. Supposedly she can do cool action stuff, but is instead walks into traps and allows herself to be saved by creepy guy.
Or maybe it's a "let's go back to the good old days" of objectifying women. Good old, obedient yet naughty Bettie Page. This, of course, is the same company doing Sheena, which looks mostly like some tits and ass special.
But like I said, my gay ass is weak.
