Liked this friends-to-lovers romance. The relationship between the two MCs felt realistic with all the missed chances between them. I liked how in-depth the book got into their backstory.

She freaking moved to NY to be with her Theodore!! I am so proud of Evelyn and how much she grew throughout and the ending when they got a dog and Ev told Theo that she wanted to be married and wear rings 🥰🥲 so good !!

This was a sloooowwww burn but worth it. I wish they communicated better but they figured it out. Side characters were helpful and really appreciated the Jewish representation.
