Batman escapes.
The court of the owl is ruthless, they got rid of the talon just because he got beaten by batman.
But they intend to wake all the other talons to go after the batman and we have seen how bad batman got it from one talon only.
Anyway this is good stuff read it if you didn't already.

There's more to the owls that you think there is! Batsman stands sane despite what all that happened to him. His true strength saved him even after he was doomed. I chose to believe in him to the end.
