meh, again. pretty much par for the course for this series. it would have been so much better if they shortened the four book series into two more concise stories, and cut out a lot of the excess. I guess I'm glad I read it for completeness of the Realm of the Elderlings lore, as this had a lot more about real dragons. Here's to hoping it actually informs the Fitz and the Fool series.

I wish so much that there were more Selden chapters, his story was so unexplored even though it was so interesting.

Wondering how these events will impact the final trilogy.
