Big Hulk fan and this was an enjoyable ride. The Wolverine effect is still strong but it didn't overshadow this warm tale of a radiant young doctor and his half alien son who wants to kill him.

Greg Pak has a better handle on the Hulk, be it Banner or Cho, than anyone and this collection is no exception. We have an angry, depowered, gadget obsessed Bruce Banner newly back to earth and trying to train his/Hulk's son Skaar to be ready to kill the Hulk when Banner inevitably looses control. There is probably a psychiatry dissertation worth of overtones in there but it doesn't bog down the plot. At the same time Olivetti's artwork is a combination of styles and influences that add weight and levity to the story depending on the mood and feels at times both hyper real and trippy.
