For two shorter adventures in the overarching Timelord Victorious story. I feel both are great stories of the Master and build off his past stories over 50 years. I personally prefer Master Thief and getting into a different side of the Master, but Lesser Evil also is really strong and a unique perspective on introducing tge Kotturuh. Recommended in the path down this overarching plot.
