AMAZING!!!
I freaking liked it. I loved her character and his character. They both were so amazing together. They're feelings seemed real. It was adorable. This book was funny.

I know my review is short, but I don't really have much to say. I really enjoyed the book. I was disappointed that he never said he loved her in words. I was really expecting that, especially in the end when he proposed.

Great book, great storyline, and great characters.

I have loved so many of K Bromberg's books and so I was excited to read this one. Although I did enjoy it, unfortunately it wasn't as good as her other books in my opinion.
It was a fun, sexy and sweet romance. I did enjoy the premise of the story, although I have read a few quite similar to it before.
The characters weren't perfect but I liked them enough to enjoy their story and to see them both grow. However, it wrapped up way too easily at the end and some aspects were a little frustrating. I wanted more from the ending after all that build up and I just didn't feel it lived up to the rest of the story.
The romance was one with forced proximity and a man that doesn't believe in love. It also has fake dating which is pne of my favourite tropes.
Overall, a good, easy read sexy romance, but unfortunately not as good as other's by this author.

We all know what the end result is but what a fun, feisty, and aggravating journey. Zane is the epitome of needs to have your hands wrapped around his neck and have the arrogance shaken out if him. 🤣

it's hot, full of heart, and the perfect fairytale....for today.

Well, this was a tasty treat—a wonderfully light palate cleanser, if you will, after reading some seriously angst-filled books.

Harlow is a winsome heroine made of equal parts spunk and heart. I like seeing entitled, arrogant jerks getting blindsided by love, so Zane was just my type. Harlow may be down on her luck and Zane oozes wealth and power, but she doesn’t hesitate to stand up him. I enjoyed the power balance in their relationship. Their bus tour offers fun antics and moments of pure swooning.

The plot is somewhat predictable, but nonetheless very enjoyable. The book is a solid four stars for me, but the audiobook deserves an extra half star. Hallelujah! I found a unicorn: a superb female and male narrator. Rupert Channing and Erin Mallon are equally talented. Both pull off American and Australian accents pretty convincingly, and when they voice their male and female counterparts it is far from the cringeworthy caricatures that I find with some narrators. Their vocal performances enhance the story. Rupert, in particular, gives specific nuances to the different characters so it is easy to distinguish each one. I absolutely recommend listening to the audiobook if you have the opportunity.

Loved the narration of Rupert Changing and Erin Mallon. They played off of each other so well. They brought life to a story that was already good. This was my first K. Bromberg book. This won't be my last one.

It was a truly romantic story listening to Zane and Emma attempt to traverse the pitfalls of their fake relationship. This is what happens when someone is rude and arrogant, and someone else tries to one up them. Can you imagine being forced into sharing space with someone who irritated you to no end?

I like both Zane and Harlowe's characters. The story was funny, sweet, sexy, and romantic. I think that listening to it enhanced all of those qualities. It took me a couple of days, but those were days I spent smiling.

Faking It has all the hallmarks of a sexy, witty, and entertaining read that would be as perfect on the beach as it would be on a cozy night at home. K. Bromberg presents a close-proximity, enemies-to-lovers romp that is really well-written and wholly entertaining. The dynamic between Zane and Harlow is a delight to read. I love when a heroine and a hero are so evenly matched. It's a battle of wills and of wits, and I'm here for all of it.

Faking It is the epitome of an escape read, and has me excited to read more of Bromberg's novels.
