After reading all of the reviews about this book, I thought I would really like it but I thought it was o.k. I liked her uncle and her grandma but I felt like they really didn't have a big role in the book when they actually did. However, I really liked all of the notes that Lennie left throughout the story and how Joe found that at the end.

I would recommend this book to a teen who has lost someone in their life would really like this book.

all throughout this book, every page, every chapter: i thought "im gonna give this book a bomb review" i highlighted the good quotes and thought all about which bits to put in here. and then i finished this book, and all i can think is, the word broke is so right. so right. because all i can think, see, hear, all i know is a crack through me and a crack in the sky. i am broken, every bit of me, every part, thrown out like ashes into a river. the sky is everywhere, it is everywhere, it is all
around me, it is above my head and beneath my feet and all i can think is. im so glad, i am so happy that the sky is everywhere, that you don't have to look up for the blue, and the stars don't always have to be there at night, and sometimes music can be heard even in the heavens. i am so glad there's a bed in a forest, and that pages lost to nature can find their way back home, and maybe the color orange can change your life, just like garden roses can make you fall in love. maybe being broken is good, if it means you can be put back together and maybe sadness is good too, because the first time you'll laugh will be like cresendos falling from the clouds. maybe love isn't the love you always thought it was, and maybe some decisions weren't the best ones, but the ones you had to make anyway. maybe the sky literally is everywhere and most of the time, we just can't see it.

am i drunk?

No clue how I ever got through this book. I just can say one thing, I hated the main character, man she was just terrible. Also the writing style made it a bit boring and hard to get through.
