I loved all three stories in this collection, but the middle one, The Golden Hour, made me cry. And I'm usually made of pretty stern stuff, but yes, I had literal tears rolling down my face as I finished that tale. So poignant and beautifully written! I discovered this author quite by roundabout chance but purchased a number of her books and have thoroughly enjoyed every one.

Glitch by N.M. Lombardi is a stand-alone short story with engaging characters, is able to read in one sitting, and fascinating.

*note to friends* at half way there was a conversation with suggestive language and topic that I felt was unnecessary to the story and kept it from a clean read.
