Not sure whether this one will stick with me or not.  Decent mystery, some nice twists.  Not a waste of time, but nothing I would re-read or go out of my way to recommend to people.  One or two things felt a little unfinished or just dropped at the end.  I tend to prefer KAM's YA horror books, which I highly recommend.

First BOTM of the year, done! And what a great one.
No One Can Know is the second book I've read of Kate Alice Marshall's, and I enjoyed it even more than the first.
Emma, Juliette, Daphne - then and now.
The Palmer sisters lost their parents to a shooting in their childhood home while having a sleepover in their treehouse.
The town of Arden Hills, in residents' collective minds, suspected Emma was guilty.
When Emma returns to the stately home with (repellent, yuck) husband Nathan, secrets will not stay in the past.
This is one of those thrillers where I suspected everyone at one time or another, but the reveals still ended up being twisty and surprising.
 Recommended!

This was a decent thriller for me. A lot of the "twists" were super predictable for me, but I liked meeting the characters and the peeling back of what happened in the past vs. what is happening in the current day of the story. Some of the characters' actions seemed strange to me, but I chalked that up to the lingering effects of major childhood trauma. All that being said, no matter how down on my luck I was, I don't know if I could ever bear to move into the house where my abusive parents were murdered, but that's the whole premise of the book so I kind of just ran with it.

A huge thank you to the author and the publisher for providing an e-ARC via Netgalley. This does not affect my opinion regarding the book.
