This book was so suspenseful and after reading it I have no idea what is going on in this series!?!?! Just when I thought I had things figured out, it takes a twist and I have no idea what is going to happen. Who can Bianca trust? I just don't know. I really am enjoying this story. I don't read a lot of suspenseful romances but I've found myself completely entranced with this series. I can't wait for the conclusion to see how this author is going to be able to tie everything together. What I like so much about this series is that the suspense has really pulled me in, it's sexy with some great steamy scenes, and there is a little humor. Some of the stuff that goes through Bianca's head really makes me laugh. There wasn't a whole lot of new information for most of this particular book but the last 15% was worth it. I can't wait to see where this story is going to go! I'm eagerly anticipating the next book in this series.

this is the second book in the series and just as riveting and frustrating as the first one.

I mean frustrating in a good way: it's a crazy wild ride, twists like crazy and more questions with practically every page. Some are answered, but not enough to put all the pieces together, or to make you feel like you got it figured out. This books kept me turning pages and wanting more, must more.

It is funny that I rated the 1st book so low as I could not stop thinking about it. Book 2 had many twists and turns and I cannot wait for the conclusion. I am confused and have no opinion anymorw.

3.5-4 stars.

Firstly, you will need to have read Illusion (Swept Away #1) as Disillusioned carries on right where book 1 ends.

Hear that sound?? That is the sound of my head spinning.

I liked this book more than the first one, I felt that the first book went around in circles a bit too much for the middle of the book.

Disillusioned seemed to be a bit more on track. Bianca and Jakob are still playing their cat and mouse game, with themselves and with each other. The "who are you" "who can I trust" what do you want game" did feel a little repetitive for a while there, and just as you felt you knew who was who and what was what, it was ripped out from under you.

We ended up with more questions than we began with! And we had a few at the start!!! There are lots of twists and turns, that we kind of ended up where we began - only with a lot more confusion and people thrown into the mix, just to stir things up a little more.

I know I will be reading Resolution, as I need to know whodunnit!

I need the next book NOW!!!

Disillusioned starts where Illusion ended, but I thought Disillusioned was a lot better than the first book.

Disillusioned starts off by Bianca and Jakob being rescued and Bianca learned that Jakob isn’t who he has claimed to be. This book had so many twists and turns and I still have no idea who to trust, who to root for or more important who Bianca should be turning to for help and answers. Just when it seems like Bianca is figuring things out with Jakob something big happens and leaves you saying WTF.

I can’t wait to get my hands on the next book, because now I just have to find out who’s who and who is actually telling the truth.

"Now that Bianca is off the island and seemingly away from her kidnapper, she has to figure out what really happened and why before the company she cares for is gone forever. Just when she thinks she's safe, new threats start appearing, and she discovers that she can no longer trust anyone." Full review at Fresh Fiction: http://freshfiction.com/review.php?id=55829
