As a favor and for vampire politics reasons, Lex travels to Atlanta to deal with creepy racists, skeevy vampires, and irritating witches. But that one musician guy who brings her weapons is pretty cool, and she has some good coffee. And of course she saves the day, with, uh, not too many casualties.

Continues to be fun, and I enjoyed the change of scenery.

Another winner

I can't put these books down. What will happen next? I liked the mix of old and new characters. And the story was interesting and different from the others but always tied to them.

I have read almost every book put out by Melissa. While I called the baddie in this one early on, I still devoured the book. There is something fun about the universe she has created that keeps me coming back!

I really enjoyed this.
I'm sad that this is the end of the series. And I think the end of what I can see for this world which is such a shame because I've really enjoyed the series and the other series within this world.
Lex wasn't my favourite but still one of the top ones. I enjoyed the difference in magic, its almost dark and evil but Lex manages to make it not evil and less dark. She really tries to be good and do good.
Also so so so glad the author finally addressed the obvious with Simon. About time - I sort of wish that went another way but I do love Quin too..
All in all, this is a really nice series, but I'd recommend the [b:Dead Spots|16037696|Dead Spots (Scarlett Bernard, #1)|Melissa F. I'm going to be contentious about this one... I can see why other people liked it, but I did not. I didn't like the way it handled Lex, and I saw the plot twist coming too far ahead. Still enjoyable, but not quite as good for me.

Lex is back and she isn't in Colorado anymore.

Lex is still having issues with the events in BOUNDARY BROKEN. She is having nightmares and she want's nothing to do with ghosts. Unfortunately she is needed in Atlanta and there are a lot of ghosts there.

I love Lex, but I also love the rest of her gang. We don't get much of them in BOUNDARY HAUNTED, but I didn't miss them as much as I thought they would. The storyline had a great flow and the action kept me waiting to see what would happen next. I had an inkling of what was happening early on, but the reveal was still great.

Another thing that interested me about BOUNDARY HAUNTED was learning a little more about Quinn's human past. I feel like we might be leading up to maybe more with him and the people he left behind when he was turned? Just a vibe I was getting.

I always enjoy Lex's adventures. I look forward to seeing where Olson takes her next.
