It was okay. The end was pretty good, but the lead up was so slow and the characters were all awful. The story is told from 5 different character’s POV leading up to how the murder happened. The end was wrapped up quickly. Overall the book was just okay.

I added this to my TBR list on a whim because I was intrigued by the setting in the Scottish highlands. Ended up listening to it on audio book, and the actors reading it were quite good, earning the three stars. The otherwise unoriginal, predictable story would not have done so on its own.
