I listened to this book and that was fun because all the characters are read by different people, and all of them are talented. The murder mystery did truly surprise me with the twist at the end! I didn't think it was going to be who it was. Is it the best written book ever? No, it was a little cringe and rough at times. But was it a fun murder mystery? Yeah! It was like if until dawn didn't have anything supernatural happening in it. I love a "trapped in one place" sort of drama.

The story has too many unnecessary characters, red herrings, and a lot of talking. Yes, A LOT OF TALKING. I was hoping it would get suspenseful as the story progressed but I was disappointed especially

with the ending. Like, unexpected like coming from an action film. It could be better.

Gostei muito mais de acompanhar a linha temporal de 2 de janeiro narrada pela Heather porque eu tal como ela estava a tentar perceber quem seria o culpado, no entanto não gostei nada de só ficar a saber qual das hóspedes tinha desaparecido para poder formar teorias mais sólidas de quem era o culpado. 
Cheguei à conclusão de que este grupo de amigos é, em geral, completamente louco. E as minhas personagens favoritas foram a Heather e o Doug.

I finished it but it was my least favorite by this author (the third I read from her and the first that I guessed every single "twist"). The characters were not as well developed but the narrative around the setting was lovely. Ok for a quick vacation read.
