I loved this Manga and now I need to read the rest of the
series. I liked that there wasn't romance and the story
and illustrations worked great together.

I was so scared when I read this manga. The scenes are not bloody but they are just really sick..... Too scary for me.

this volume was in my middle school library, and bits and pieces have stuck with me until now. simplistic is how I would describe a majority of the elements here, but (and perhaps this is nostalgia) the sense of eerie mystery is still fairly enticing. the chapter beginning illustrations have a neat haunting feel to them, and some of the dream sequences have interesting twists. I don't think I'd be as driven to finish this without nostalgia, so I'm unsure if this is a title I'd often end up recommending to those without that connection. but I also can't help but think fondly of the creativity it inspired in me at the time; all the silly doodles I'd make while looping still doll for hours.

This gets a 2.5 stars
This was one of the mangas that was given to me from a whole bundle and so I had never heard of it, and although the synopsis didn't reel me in the cover certainly intrigued me.
Unfortunately the plot was too flat and dry for me to really enjoy it and the character dynamics wasn't well developed for my tastes.
There wasn't much development or depth so I got through this pretty fast and the art was more of a mature, grown up style, but I didn't like it that much.
This is only a 3 book series so I will eventually get around to reading the rest, but I'll try to read them online or find them in the library. I do want to know how it ends because the cliff hanger for this left me wanting more.

Pick it up, give it a go and enjoy ^^
