A very good history of this marvellous aircraft and the daring men who flew in her.

The Gladiator was an interesting aircraft. The last biplane fighter produced by Great Britain which fought in several campaigns before and during the Second World War including Norway, France, Italy, Finland, Malta and even China. The Gladiator was arguably the greatest biplane fighter of all time and was very versatile and adaptive. Sadly by the end of the war it was well and truly outclassed with single wing and jet fighters dominating ariel combat.

A beautiful aircraft to look at this is a vaulable book for anyone with an interest. There are plenty of stories and photos to keep the reader interested.
