My love for this series basically decreases with each book. The first one still is and always will be my favorite. These books are super easy and quick reads, but the characters are incredibly annoying. Mara used to be my favorite, but now I can't stand her. Jacqui has grown on me though, she has become my favorite character of them all.
I do wish this series encompassed one entire summer instead of 4 different ones, we miss a lot of the small details that we need for the story to fully flow. Everything thing just happens with no real path to it.
This series is not at all my favorite, but it is an easy read and I'm looking forward to finishing it off very soon.

Things start getting a little crazy in this third installment of the popular and addicting series! Actually, all three girls start out the summer thinking that it will be the best ever. Eliza’s got a killer job working for a famous fashion designer and is determined to spend some quality time with her long-distance boyfriend Jeremy. Mara’s got a press pass into the hottest parties in the Hamptons as part of her job for working at Hamptons magazine. On top of that, she’s living with Ryan on his yacht, a prelude to what she hopes will be two glorious years of being at college with him. Now if only Dartmouth would move her off their waiting list…
Meanwhile, Jacqui’s freshly single and thinking about finding The One. Three Harvard students, self-made millionaires, happen to fortunately live next door, and all three of them would do anything for Jacqui. I have loved this series. I couldn't put the first one down and I was giddy with excitement when I found out there were more. It's a perfect beach read (if I lived near a beach). Very entertaining, likeable characters and continuing development of the girls we've grown to love (and hate) thus far. One thing that annoyed me, (this may have been present in the previous and I just didn't notice as much) the book somewhat resembles an ad campaign for couture and high end fashion. I do NOT need nor want to hear every label a person is wearing EVERY time they enter a room. Other than that it's great and I can't wait to read Crazy Hot!

Really good! I loved all the drama that occurred and where these girls are going. I AM so excited for the last book in this series.

Just like the second book:
Eliza's story is unrealistic but generally fun (except for the boy stuff), and she gains a bit more character development with each installment.
Jacqui gets new forgettable boys to flirt with, and her main story is a tad boring with some highlights here and there.
Mara is self-obsessed and useless, & gets everything handed to her for no reason.

I don't think this book was as good as the 1st 2 but it still provided a good read. I'm hoping 4 will be at least as good if not better.
