Like so many others I found this series when I was about 12 and have grown up reading a book a year and enjoying them all hugely! (Pro tip: the best way to read Look Into My Eyes is while munching through a big jar of m&ms that you've be given for Christmas, don't ask how I know)
This final book has to get 5 stars from me even for the years of enjoyment that culminate here, but beyond that this book is a fantastic and unexpected finale! I really could not predict how it would end and it had me doubting even Clancy Crew! (Clancy is loyal as they come, trust me on this pal)
The first book (Look Into My Eyes) will always be my favourite for nostalgia reasons, but Blink and You Die is a very worthy ending to a fantastic series.

The perfect resolution to the Ruby Redfort series. No matter how often I read it, the plot twists and the effortless linking of every tiny mention of even the simplest object in each of the 6 books always completely captivate me. This book makes the whole series even better than the books already were as almost stand alone plots.
Finally meeting Bradley Baker in the incredibly captivating character of Mo Loveday and even the splash of romance between him and LB is a special favourite plot to me.

this was the only book I had left to read for the first time and honestly: the best book in the series. what a way to end that journey, bro. I don't know if I can talk about it without giving away spoilers, but this one had so many more twists than I had expected, and I really didn't know how it would end. I think maybe I enjoyed this and the 3rd book more because I wasn't only listening to the audiobook (and hence wasn't losing focus) but either way, I still would've felt like this book was up there.

I was reading this with minimal thoughts because of my exams so tell me why I was on the edge of my seat
hoping Hitch wasn't backstabbing Ruby all along. I was legitimately about to throw my book if he turned out to be Casey, he's literally in the top 3 best characters of the RR series
. And my eyes got all watery over a character I just met at the start of the book, I didn't think I would feel that way but here I am.
How dare you introduce me to Bradley Baker and tell me he's alive only to kill him again, WHAT THE HELL.....

I've rarely read a book (series) where I loved the characters so wholeheartedly including their flaws but Ruby, Hitch and Clancy really did it for me. I'm gonna buy physical copies of the entire series to remind myself to reread it in the future.
