This second part of the story was better than the first. It wasn't marred by the nonconsent and instalove issues I had with the start, and I found Drea and Sair to be more sympathetic characters as the story progressed.
This section deals with the Network, a conglomeration of rebels who wish to restore the kind of just order that existed before the Ithians took control. Sair meets Drea's brother and other key players, learns shocking information about his and another friend's pasts, and makes an agonizing decision about the future.
This segment also ends with a cliffhanger, the story to be concluded in the third installment.
