This issue is actually a significant improvement from issues #15 & #16. There's finally a plot/mystery driving this Yearbook arc somewhere, and i'm now curious about where it leads. Also, I might be biased but I'm always excited when it comes to Robin being involved.
I'm also glad that we got to see Heathcliff & Black Canary as well. It was nice finally seeing Pomeline having a "moment" thanks to Heathcliff, but it still rang true to character in my opinion!
All in all, it was a solid issue, but I still can't wait for this Yearbook arc to come to an end next issue, it's been pretty weak overall.
