Good god, this was awful! It was as shallow and vapid as you’d expect, 1) if you had read the other two books or 2) if you had ever known the popular girls in high school.
On the plus side, MAN can this author write characters you can just loathe.
Truly glad this took up only approximately 90 minutes of my life… Because it’s 90 minutes I’ll never get back.

Wow. That was the most inane drivel. Darcy was such an unlikeable character. The way Griffin glossed over the casual relationships and the losing of the virginity. And other stuff. Is this supposed to be for teens or is this a prequel? Maybe I should have read other books in the series first. Though if the girl is *anything* like this...pass.

It was a really short journal. But however short, it was interesting to go back and read the past through Rachel's eyes. While most of the books deal with Rachel viewing their past. Interesting.

If you are a fan of Darcy and Rachel from Something Borrowed and Something Blue, you will love this short e-book. As a huge fan of Emily Giffin this ebook gives you a look at their life before college and before yummy Dex.
A sneak peek of Where We Belong (which was one of her best-I read last year) about a powerful secret of two families. A must read!
Looking forward to her new 2014 book (The One and Only –May 20) coming out this year!

This was kind of pointless. All it did was fill in gaps from Something Borrowed ( i.e. the true story of the SAT score and Notre Dame). Part of the charm of Something Blue was reading about Darcy's transformation. I had no interest in going back and reading about when Darcy was at her worst.
I really could have done without this prequel and just gotten the preview of the new book by itself.
Thankfully its short and sweet- written in diary format complete with artwork. I think it took me less than 30 minutes to finish it, so I can't complain.

A quick read- Darcy's diary during highschool, it gives a quick background to a lot of things mentioned in the Something Borrowed, Something Blue books.... wish there was more especially from her University perspective as that is where a lot occurred and brings us to the starting of the book.
The book says To Be Continued... hopefully there's more quick chick lit

Darcy is shallow as ever. The novella mention a few situations from Something Borrowed and Something Blue. It was great to see what she was thinking in her actions.

This book was very short, but very funny and cute. If you ever wondered what made Darcy act the way she did as a grown up in the other two books "Something Borrowed" and "Something Blue" you find out in this book.
