Not particularly well written but I enjoyed it. It is far more pornographic than literary (or anything else really).

TBH, I was hoping for something hot. I think only the first scene where the Prince raped Beauty did that (and even that was very... short and bleh. like a wham bam, you're welcome you owe me so now you're my slave). He took her back to his kingdom where a lot of Princes and Princesses were just casually turned into slaves for the Prince's mummy, the Queen and other members of the court. It's an erotica but it was very lackluster. The characters were boring, the Prince and Beauty were like dry pieces of wood. Beauty had another "love interest" Prince Alexei and he had this god awful long ass monologue at the end where he droned on and on and on about his enslavement. I think more characters had long ass monologues too. This book was just not well written.
Was there any plot? Don't think so.

Starts off weird with non consensual sex with a minor. Seems kinda weird. If you're into that, go for it, but i'm really not. Also all the spanking???? I feel so bad for the girl. I was relieved in the second chapter to find out that she was at least a little bit into it, but still... Weird vibe. Not for me

Gosh was I excited to read this and boy was it rough. Look, I'm a freaky deaky, the go-to gal friends reach out when they've got weird sex questions, the one who's actually got stories about boot lickings and spankings and found way too many parts of this book #relatable.
But this was a lot.
The pace is absolutely breakneck, going from 0 to hardcore in literally three seconds and never letting off the accelerator. The problem is that it gets old, since there's only so many times you can jam something in a guy's butt before it's like, "this again, Anne?" And it's every paragraph. Some things occasionally hit, but there's a lot here that's filthy like trash can in the hot sun filthy, not smut filthy.
Also the language doesn't help. I had to double check when this was written because it reads even older than Lady Chatterley's Lover. I assume it was to keep the fantastical/medieval vibe, but the whole things feels like it was translate from Middle English scrolls, which jump tamps down any spice that's left.

This is, um, not what I was expecting when I ordered this cheap on Amazon out of curiosity. If you're into BDSM, by all means hop on in, because you'll be happy by page 2. There really is no story here... it's just straight, hardcore sex with costumes and royal titles.
Not really my thing. I drifted through it a second time and was no longer in heart attack mode, but I just couldn't get past some of the truly demeaning scenes that seemed pointless and poorly written. The whole thing is pretty poorly written... it's not intended to be read for the enjoyment of the literature within.
