The main guy really does get on my nerves...........the book was a little...well lets just say I could have done without reading it. But the ending was happy even though it did not really explain what happened with everyone else. I really hope that there will be a more clarifying ending in another continuation of this series!! ^^

Gampangnya, coba bayangin Reese Witherspoon dalam film Legally Blonde yang harus ikut dalam sebuah camp militer. American princess has to dig a rock in the HOT dessert of Israel while she worrying about her polished nails. Maka sepanjang cerita, Amy yang niatan awalnya ikut camp adalah agar dapat berdua saja dengan Avi namun tak mungkin karena ini camp militer bukan acara piknik, harus mengalami bermacam pengalaman yang tak hanya membuatnya malu, namun juga berpotensi menghancurkan hubungannya dengan Avi.
Oke, sebagaimana dua buku sebelumnya, buku ketiga dari seri How to Ruin ini tetap menghadirkan karakter yang kuat, konflik tak terduga, dan bumbu-bumbu penyedap yang menguarkan sisi romatisme dan relijius dari seorang Amy. Sudahlah, tak banyak kata dapat menggambarkan betapa aku sangat menikmati buku ini. Recommended deh bagi yang suka membaca buku young adult. Buat adik-adik yang masih kecil tapi pengin membaca, jangan sungkan untuk bertanya pada mbah Google atau kakak atau bahkan orangtua apabila ada hal-hal tertentu yang ingin diketahui, terutama yang berkaitan dengan sex education yaaa...
Oke, selamat membaca, kawan! Sekarang aku melanjutkan membaca buku-buku Simone yang lainnya, hehehe....:) I am officialy addicted to Simone's writing!

I’m stunned. She can’t do us like that with the bonus chapter! I’ve waited 13 years for an update with these two and she ends it like that? There better be a follow up!
Don’t know why they are selling the book as almost a standalone when it’s the third book (but I guess it doesn’t really matter since I actually read this before the other two before knowing it was a series

they finally have sex but it ends awfully! Wtf! And he picks the military over her? No. I can’t believe this. This one was probably the best one of the series. Amy grows into a strong and admirable character after all of her mistakes and the obstacles that were thrown at her. She doesn't complain anymore and she isn't a drama queen (well not as much as she used to be). She has become a strong leader and she is a character that I can look up too. Avi was as dreamy as ever. Can't forget about him since his words are so sweet despite the fact that it's hard for him to be emotional. Amy and Avi are perfect for each other and I would love to read a book about them grown up when he's out of the army but I doubt that's ever going to happen.
Honestly, my point for all of the reviews for this series is that you need to read them. They are amazing and quick to read. They're fun and will put a smile on your face. Since they are so short, they are ideal for an in-between/ waiting-for-a-sequel kind of read.

I liked this book the best of the three, probably because by the end Amy seemed to really have changed and not be such a horrible person. But then again if there was another book after this I am sure she would go back to being a spoiled little princess at the beginning of that one again. Seriously she is going to a military training camp and expects it to be a vacation? What did she think they would lounge by the pool and Avi would be able to just sit and fan her all day as he is active in the military at the time? I mean really it was way too much. She did grow and by the end she was not thinking of only herself, but geez she has issues.

I suppose all good things must come to an end, just like this series :(. I really hope that Simone Elkeles changes her mind and contiues with this one. I love Avi and Amy.

I loved reading about Amy pushing herself to try something that she would never do, and succeeding. Again, I wasn't the greatest fan of the love triangle addition but this one was a lot more complicated than it was in the last book with Nathan and Amy. I wished there had just been a book that focused on Avi and Amy working through their problems together and no one else getting in the way.
