I love the tightness of Sylvia Frost's books, the way she doesn't try to pad the page count and instead sticks to the basics of what makes the story great. I know that whenever I open one of her stories, I'll be sucked in and not let go until I reach the happy ending.
This book was no exception. There are funny bits, sweet bits, and a few nice surprises. I only had one complaint --- the heroine dog-eared a library book. Really, REALLY?! That's supposed to be the job of the evil villain.
More seriously, this is a fast, fun read. Highly recommended for fans of paranormal romance.
