It would take a significant effort to make me like a character like Lizzie - I found myself shaking my head and rolling my eyes and "oh, Lizzie"-ing quite a few times - but Naomi Clark pulls it off quite nicely. I loved the world building in this one, with the werewolf castes and the ghouls and everything else, and I look forward to reading more.
