Jeeves can solve any problem 🙌🏻
Read as part of the Letters Regarding Jeeves series on Substack, which includes all of the Jeeves literature by P. G. Wodehouse that is currently in public domain — the first 25 short stories, as well as the entirety of the novel ‘Right Ho, Jeeves’ — over the course of one year.

What ho, Jeeves! Amusing entertainment but so full of 1920s slang that a lot of the meaning has to be pried (prised) out of context. So enjoy, but always remember to butter your yams with blarney or they'll blow down your shivvies.

A nice read. Not as startlingly funny as I had been led to believe, but mildly amusing. Don't know that I'll read more Wodehouse, but it's nice to know what the fuss is about.

A light-hearted break from the streak of heavy books I've been reading. Vacuous, really. So empty-headed that it would have been better doling out the stories in smaller doses.
