This book is so small yet it has a big message. I am so glad I took the time to look for it and to read it. The prayer of Jabez is only one sentence but asks for 4 simple things: Bless me, enlarge my territory (or boundries, influence etc), God's hand be with me and Keep me from evil. This book goes more into each part of this prayer and will help open your eyes to so many blessings that are waiting for you.

The book is based on a little known prayer found in the Old Testament. Jabez was more honorable than his brothers. His mother named him Jabez because she bore him in pain. And Jabez called out to God saying, “Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that you would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!” So God granted him what he requested.
