I think I liked this book! Haven’t read many memoirs before so the genre itself is a bit new to me but there were parts of this that touched me deeply and tenderly and parts that didn’t and maybe that’s exactly the point.

The open and inward, questioning and reflective narrative made this a really intriguing read.
I flew through this audiobook which was narrated by the author herself! I always fully enjoy that bc it lets you experience the book through a window that reveals however subtly the behind the scenes.
- Where normally we as readers are left to interpret the little details that then come across more vividly through the author’s vocal connotations rooted in their creative choices (consciously or not).

Beautiful window into Maggies thoughts and life as a new mother. Questioning gender, motherhood, and so much more
