The kids and I had fun with this book. It did a great job of testing our modern art knowledge of artists and styles in a fun manner. For each decision, you had three choices that linked to a different page with a symbol. You would flip to that page and find the matching symbol to see if you guessed correctly. It isn't really a choose-your-own adventure book because there's only one correct answer, but we didn't mind. We just felt proud of ourselves if we guessed the correct answer based on the information provided. Even at only 48 pages, there's quite a few choices to make and lots of art displayed. The book will be a nice base to choose some art to study. The author provided some background for the correct pieces of art, but not always for the wrong answers.
