This novella offers a fascinating glimpse into the Parabatai bond, exploring both the search and the ceremony. The camaraderie between Simon and Clary shines, reminding us of their strong connection. The ending hints at intriguing developments for Emma and Julian in The Dark Artifices

When can I have a friendship as strong and as true as Clary and Simon’s? Can anyone tell me? So, I can prepare myself for a parabatai ceremony because I think that’s one of the most wondeful things that can happen to someone...

This story was just okay to me. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. I don't see why Clary and Simon needed a whole poisoning of water to realize they're parabatai, like, anyone could see that without the trippy scene in New York. It's still a good story and I can see how it moves the over all story line along, but I probably wouldn't read this one again. 3 out of 5 stars. I would still recommend it though because there is some stuff here that you probably need to know for the two last stories in this series.

oh my god

oh my actual god they mentioned will they mentioned will they mentioned will herondale ,,,why is it that after 3 books, almost 2 series and a shit ton of years i still cry everytime anyone mentions will,, my poor child my love im just so adhedneifrnfr

"It was like that with my parabatai, Will. I never had to ask Will what he was thinking. In fact, it was usually better not to ask Will what he was thinking. . . .”

oh my god why are cassandra clare books so gold im trash

It was all the love he saw in Jem’s eyes when he talked about Will, and the love in Alec’s face when he looked at Jace, even when Jace was being annoying, and a clear memory he had of Jace holding Alec while he was wounded and the desperation in Jace’s eyes, that terror that comes only from thinking you might lose someone you can’t live without.
It was Emma and Julian, looking at each other.

fuck me the fuck up goddamn why whynehfhrvnrvirv this book was amazing why can't cassie write ONE ugly book this is so unfair to all of humanity

🚨🚨 This story had me confused in the beginning I did not know what was going on just like Simon and Clary didn’t know. I am happy they get to be Parabati!! During the ceremony with Julian & Emma becoming parabati I wish Simon would have said something but maybe he didn’t notice it yet. Everyone is blind to Julian & Emma now it to late because their parabati!!

This was so short???? The hallucinations part was really REALLY weird, but all the other stuff was cute. Give me more parabatai pairs, please.
