Straight from the horse's mouth, this decorated and poetic IPCC scientists will deliver the bleak prognosis, bring you to your knees (weeping), give you a big hug and leave you feeling envigorated and ready to help change the world.
This book helped me grieve the loss I didn't know I was feeling.
This book made me starkly aware that the power of the environmental movement is not only built on its dispassionate scientific rigor, but tearful moral sentiments!
This book reinforced the need for art, literature, love, sex and cinema in living through the Anthropocene
And much more...

This is a perspective that was fascinating and emotional to read. Joelle writes beutifully, giving voice to both our fears, grief and hope and drive to do something about climate change. A must-read for every person on this planet.
