The storyline is interesting and that is keeping me wanting to read the rest of the series, but my lack of a connection to the characters in the first two installments is making me think twice. There are too many questions left unanswered. She goes by Avery. She doesn't remember her first name and is pretty sure her last name is Avery and that's why she goes by that name.....? Where does she come from? Who is she? Does she want to know about herself? How'd she end up hooked up with Bry? I almost stopped reading as soon as she set foot in the shower with Landon directly following what she'd just seen. WTF??!!!!?!!! Who'd do that??!!?!! All we know about Landon is that he's an overbearing asshole who's in an MC and who doesn't feel any remorse whatsoever about killing people. That's it. The endings of both couples' stories from each of the first two books just kinda stopped abruptly then led to an introduction to the next installment. I really want to keep reading the series but I just keep feeling disappointed and don't know if I want to keep doing that to myself when there are other books out there to read that I'm pretty sure will give me more satisfaction.

Book three BDD series by London Casey.
This book is about Landon is a MC brother and quite dark brooding he's very willing to stab shot or beat anyone if he thinks it needed.
Avery is another running woman from a small motorcycle crew.
Avery was abused by Bry and on run from him after he raped and abused her.
I enjoyed story but so far all women had something to do or knew about MC bikers and all are running scared from dangerous people.
Would like for one of them to just meet a strong not scared woman that doesn't need to be saved.
I did get my wish and Emily was in this book. Just hoping storyline get better and doesn't repeat in every book or I'll lose interest very quickly which would be a shame because the bikers are incredibly sexy except Blaine.
